Excellent customer service experience
Had an issue with my refrigerator and called Frigidaire support. The technician was knowledgeable and walked me through troubleshooting steps patiently. When that didn't work, they scheduled a service visit within 48 hours. The repair was covered under warranty and completed professionally. Really impressed with how they handled everything from start to finish.
