Not Happy
I switched over to them back in January, and not been able to view my usage as just keeps saying Your data will be available soon, I have asked and asked for someone to contact me to no avail, tried to call i got oh it isnt you it is us it will be sorted very soon, how do i know what I am using? How do i know it is using the three cheaper tarriffs, I need to know what I am using and still nothing being done, I am moving home on the 1st of March and will be leaving them to another provider who will display what I am using so I can keep ontop of it. UPDATE: Still no contact after replying to their message below and still not able to see usage.
