This company is absolute dog water. When we moved in we found mold in the basement. After about a month of calls and multiple people coming to look at the mold and take pictures a guy came. He did a bit of work, tore up some of the carpet and walls and took pictures to send to them to give them an estimate. After over a week of hearing nothing we called Darin again and they said the maintenance request was complete. But no it was obviously not complete the mold is still there. So they told us they would get back to us again. We haven’t heard anything yet. It’s been almost 2 months since we started dealing with this. Absolute nightmare. Also love when I call them for support and they give me a five minute wait time only to not pick up after 45 minutes of being on hold. Very upset with this company. Guess we may have to call town code enforcement because this is a serious health hazard and they refuse to listen to us and fix the problem.
