Infuriating Intrepid
After previously having a positive experience with Intrepid, my recent dealings with them have only left me feeling angry, frustrated, and duped - their generic reply to this post is just another example of this. After booking a tour for my 40th birthday for April 2020 and then already having to change it to another tour due to travel restrictions, they have been incredibly difficult to deal with. Their disregard for customers concerns, their illegal attempt to retrospectively change their Booking terms and conditions, and then their pathetic offer of a refund MINUS 25% for "unrecoverable costs" which they refuse to itemise or provide any details. Note: This fee % seems to change with the weather, as evident from other people's posts. And I haven't actually received any of their 'expertise' BECAUSE I DIDNT GO ON MY TRIP!! What a pathetic excuse for an 'ethical'company. An absolute joke! NEVER use this company!!
