Refund request
Recently requested a refund as my account was in quite a bit of credit. Really easy to sort out online, was made aware that my monthly payments would increase slightly due to this before I finalised my requests. The refund was back in my bank account 4 days later. Never had any issues with E.ON, been with them for years, good communication via email and through the app.
