Billing are a nightmare.
Whilst the energy pricing is superb, customer services and billing leaves much to be desired. Having set up a DD, this was not taken on specified date- 11/4 Called and told they were having some issues, and it would be taken 1 week later 17/4. This never happened either, so not wishing to be cut off, i paid this manually on 17/4 Sent Customer services and billing my bank confirmation of payment. Then yesterday 28/4 payment taken again by DD. /This clearly shows no one had processed the manual payment of 17/4. frankly if they can't take payments correctly and on time their cash flow will suffer and they will inevitably wind up like so many other smaller suppliers, going broke.
