Sales over customer service.
I ordered an item online and needed to return it. The return window is 30 days but because I wasn't it town my return would have been about a week outside that. I emailed customer service and they showed absolutely no flexibility and wouldn't let me return it. I find that when a company is so strictly adheres to their return window without exception they prioritize their sales over their customer service.
