Sold coupons and closed their branch
I bought their wash coupon from their app which was supposed to be valid for 30 days. When I visited their Reading branch, it was closed for maintenance. Asked a member there about the coupon and they said it can be extended. Visited the branch multiple times but it remained closed for 3+ weeks. My coupon was expired. Emailed them about the situation, it's been over a month and never got a reply. Absolute scam
