***DO NOT USE TICKETSWAP*** Bought a ticket which had already been scanned by the seller who sold it to me. Contacted support with evidence that ticket had already been scanned and a rejection letter from festival. All they do is open a conversation with the seller who reads the messages and doesn’t respond. Ticketswap just send an automated chatbot message telling me to wait. It’s has almost been 8 days without any help and I’ve lost £85.
