Horrible experience
Horrible experience, I am a customer of a few years and received home insurance renewal price with an increase of nearly 50% even though I had made no claims. I obtained a much cheaper quote elsewhere so went with that. Next think I know Sags had renewed my policy without my permission and taken full payment 2 days before the policy was even due to renew I rang to complain and tell them that I was not renewing and I wanted a full refund, a bit of an argument ensured with their “customer service person “ who actually laughed at me and told me a refund would take up to 14 days. I expressed my displeasure with this but got nowhere despite them renewing my policy without my permission Never again
