Poor service
I ordered my phone on the 21st for next day delivery for my son. Eights day later the phone arrived with a known fault. I had to pay for the return of the phone by special delivery and despite it being delivered next day (Thursday). No one at mobile phones direct could tell me that they had received it. Four day later and still no one can tell me if they have it I am paying for a phone I don't have any more importantly my son does not have a phone, which is a problem as he goes to school in a different city to where we live. So I'm paying money for something and my child doesn't have an essential phone. They do not keep you updated despite promises that they will when on the telephone to them. Altogether an exceptionally poor and disappointing service.
