Scam-Like Behaviour – Avoid This Company
I placed an order with Online Pharmacy 4U on 25/04/2025, spending £198.95. They cancelled the order without explanation, and from that point on, completely ignored all communication. I emailed multiple times—no reply. I called their number—no one answers and you can’t even leave a message. Total silence. After waiting patiently and being ignored, I reported the issue to my bank, Lloyds, which thankfully refunded me in full. Lloyds is now investigating the company and will deal with them directly. I’ve also begun the process of filing a complaint with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Online Pharmacy 4U’s customer service is non-existent, their practices are unprofessional, and their handling of refunds is borderline fraudulent. Avoid them at all costs. This company should not be allowed to operate under such appalling standards.
