Not horrible
Communication went well initially and the process overall was not bad. I gave 3 stars because I feel as if I was rushed into the property. There were some pretty big issues upon moving in that should have been noticed and fixed prior, had a proper inspection been conducted. They did work with me, though on getting those issues fixed.
