Terrible customer service.
I ordered a part from them and they had false information in their description when I recieved the order I informed them and they acknowledged the mistake was on their end and said they would send a return label in 2 to 3 business days. It has been over ten days now and yesterday they again said they would send a return label in 3 business days. This was a $271.00 part that I'm out and will have to drive an hour and a half to return through their carrier once/if I get the return label. Very disappointing customer service especially since I own many motorcycles and have ordered from them in the past.
