Charged me crazy amounts of money, without making me aware at first. Then charging me an unfair amount of money for a small amount of fuel
I have noticed there has been another attempt of a payment taken from my account this morning, and to be truthful, you won’t be getting the $148.50 from my account, because I’ll make sure there isn’t $148.50 in the account for you to take. The charge is completely unfair. I’m happy to pay for the fuel that I owe but it definitely is not that much. I’m giving you until the end of today to come up with a solution to solve this, in a fair and even manner, or I’ll be closing down the bank account. There is multiple reasons this charge isn’t fair; I wasn’t aware that the car had to be brought back with the exact amount of fuel it had been given to me with (which does make sense, and I do understand, hence why I’m happy to pay for the fuel) I dropped the car off at your Brisbane depot with 1 hour spare, where the guy who collected the car from me asked me about the petrol, however didn’t bother to tell me that the petrol needs to be filled. So I could have gone out to fill up and come back. I drove the car over 200 miles down the east coast, where I had filled up the petrol that morning, otherwise I wouldn’t have been made it to Brisbane. It’s not $148.50 (£75) worth of fuel, I wasn’t born yesterday. I’ve also been invoiced, where it says there’s 2 bars of petrol, when there is clearly 3 on the photograph. You’re trying to squeeze every penny you can out of me. Furthermore, from when I emailed this to you. You proceeded to try and take smaller payments from my account, without even emailing me back?
