Unsatisfactory customer service
Upon arrival to our original course attendance date all of our operatives were on site at HSS Heathrow, 20 minutes prior to course start received a phone call from HSS to say that the course had been aborted due to the trainer calling in sick. Course was rebooked for a later date with no offer of financial reimbursement and customer service received was below par considering amount of spend we have with HSS yearly. Course was rebooked at a later date (full cost) and the trainer (external to HSS) delivered the course with great knowledge. Hi Ricky, response to the below, we didnt rebook with "no fee" but nice try :) we were charged full amount still.
