Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful! The communication is awful, they don’t respond to emails for days and obviously screen your calls when trying to call, had a time where they accidentally answered and were laughing and joking about there weekend. My sale was going to fall through and still wouldn’t respond and do anything to help the situation. Didn’t ask 10 days later if I’d managed to save the sale just continued. The lawyer went on holiday and didn’t tell me or arrange cover when in a crucial moment. Could go on about how truely awful they are. Even the complaints team don’t get back to you which is not surprising.
