Two years on the platform, my clear message is stay away from the company. Pros: Independence Cons: Everything else Expensive subscription Long hours ( I mean days on the road to to make profit) Competition Company interfere in the feedback left by you to other users. They promote the big companies and don't care about the small. Payment :) long story- you would have to chase almost every single invoice. Even if you call the cx account manager, response is the same (waiting for money is standard in this industry) Long waiting time for payment- 60 days (end of the month) becoming standard. Yes, you have to wait three months for money but not always. Not enough return loads. You can return empty or sleep in your van. The app: It's the only positive thing about the cx used to be a nightmare but now work fine.
