Access only via Google Sign-it, CS not helpful
UPDATE: the issue has been solved brilliantly. I recommend the platform; it is really helping my DD. I have just upgraded, and the platform seems good, but I am having issues with access. The account is stuck with Google sign-in, I cannot disable it on my end, and my DD cannot access it independently, which is a problem. CS is not replying. I hope they will sort out soon or I will have to ask for a refund.
