Item never arrived
Item never arrived. I queried this and was told my item was delivered. Strangely the delivery date was actually before the date I ordered this and despite me pointing this out and providing them a tracking number to show it was clearly marked as in transit they insisted I had received it. After numerous e-mails and screenshots showing the exact details of my order, they accepted that the item hadn’t been received. They said they would process a refund and over 3 weeks later, I haven’t been refunded. Shocking service and I will never order from them again.
