I was contacted by Jonathan Adams after requesting quotes from well known online car buying sites. He was very friendly and helpful but professional at the same time. He went through the process clearly with me but wasn't pushy, the only downside was I didn't get as much for my car as I'd hoped but decided the convenience factor was worth the lower price. The whole process was very easy and every member of staff I spoke to were very helpful and friendly. Collection of car was also very easy, driver very pleasant and no haggling, just friendly efficient service. I would happily recommend.
