We recently sold our property through Natalie at Richard James and were delighted with the results. I was really impressed with her proactive and straight talking approach and business like manner. Speaking to other agents in the area, I saw that Richard James had the best sales record for medium and higher priced properties and that Natalie had clearly the best grasp of recent and current prices (having also very recently sold houses in the same street and nearby streets!). Our confidence was not misplaced, and Natalie was able to arrange viewings very quickly, kept us informed with up to the minute updates on progress, and we received an great offer within little more than a week. She supported us really well throughout the whole process beginning to end, including at some sticky points in the negotiations. Compared to the indications from other agents valuations, the sale price was nicely above what we might have otherwise expected, so we were delighted with the result, especially given the increasingly difficult market conditions at the moment.
