Picked up our new car recently & I must say the whole experience was very smooth. No question was ever too much & I didn’t feel intimidated at the dealership/handover. Both Al F & Matthew N did a great job. Very professional & excellent customer service. All communication by me was always answered promptly. Despite being over 100 miles away I would actually consider using John Grose Lowestoft again in the future. The cars great too. Thank you
