Lost orders, Lost stock. Incorrect charges
Couriers, particularly Evri, are failing to pick up orders. Despite paying for P2P FedEx International services, Huboo is instead using Royal Mail, which is unacceptable. Additionally, my stock has been lost due to an IMS discrepancy, and I cannot reach anyone to resolve the issue. The customer service is extremely poor. I strongly advise against using this 3PL provider.
