Great service
Friendly staff. Easy to work with. Cars are a bit older but that is advertised when you access the website. We picked a premium car that was only a bit more expensive and it was on par if not better than other rental car companies. That being said none of the cars seemed unsafe or uncomfortable. The most “inconvenient” part was calling and getting picked up from the airport but the instructions provided in the email made this a seamless process. Overall, very satisfied with the customer service and seamless transition from the airport to driving away in the rental.
