No communication and atrocious customer services from the legal team.
The onboarding for premier property lawyers using the online system went very smoothly however our conveyancer missed the initial telephone appointment and we received no notice that they were unable to fulfill the appointment, no apology and no communication for the following two weeks despite us chasing them daily through phone and emails. We ended up closing the file and using a different conveyancer who actually talked to us. One month on we are still trying to get a refund. I would strongly advise nobody uses premier property lawyers if the want a helpful team and timely purchase. If you don't mind being ignored and left in the dark with any progress and your appointments cancelled with no notice apology or even subsequent communication for the two weeks afterwards then they are the people for you. The sales team are the only helpful people in the business.
