DON'T TRUST THIS SERVICE
DON'T TRUST THIS SERVICE. I ordered the allergy blood test in November with expedited shipping/results. It is now March. I have been in touch with customer service back and forth for over a month and have repeatedly been promised that "the lab has my results" and "they will resend them/re-export them to me immediately". This has never happened, despite repeated attempts to contact and faithful checking of spam/junk folders, nor is it available via my account on the website. Now, after demanding a refund for over 2 weeks, I am still being met with the same responses of "oh you don't want a refund, we will resend the results." Further, no matter what time of day I call, I am told I am first in line but that "phone lines are no longer available." I am beginning to think the customer service is not real people or that this service is a scam. Please do not waste your money.
