Predatory Pricing and Hidden Fees
Customer service is phenomenal, however the pricing and predatory hidden fees are really not exactly something I'm happy with. I bought a car that had a sticker price of just under $9,000 but by the time all of the fees were added in, the overall pricing is nearly $17,000. That's just crazy to take advantage of people who can't afford to get financed.
