They sent me the wrong christmas tree On trying to contact them to arrange return and refund ........ nothing..... There is no number to call sp you can only email and so far no response UPDATE thet offered me 25% back and when I said no I would like a full refund no one has come back to me, they don't have a number so your at the mercy of them replying to emails Honestly this was their mistake and now I have a tree I can't use and no refund I have also contacted Debenhams to see if they can help I need my refund to buy a tree!
