Booked a trip to Japan and South Korea for October 2023. Booked it more than six months in advance. Went back and forth on the destinations, hotels and so forth. Finally got what we wanted. Thought we were all set. In September I asked for the final itinerary. I was told they were busy with other clients leaving before me and that I would likely have my final itinerary two weeks prior to departure. That did not happen. We got it ten days prior to departure. Itinerary was totally messed up. They had us taking the boat from So Korea to Japan. Should have been opposite. Tickets were missing. They had us meeting the driver in the lobby of of our hotel to take us to the station. Next paragraph told us to find our own way to the station. Another place told us to find the police station. Did not tell us how to get to hotel from police station. Laughable, really! It was quite obvious that the person responsible for handling the itinerary never bothered to read or check what they sent out. We are world travelers. Have never seen anything like this. Called to complain. Both agents were out of the country! When they finally got back they wanted us to proof read and tell them what was wrong, just a few days before we were to leave town. They still could not bother to read it themselves. It never occurred to me that this company would screw up like that and then just act like it was no big deal. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.
