They looked after me when things went wrong
Initially I thought I might be in for a bad experience -- there was some damage to my property during delivery, and then I found a manufacturing fault with my new fridge. HOWEVER, Appliances Online was amazing to deal with and made sure everything was made right. They paid for repairs to my property and replaced my fridge without any bother. Then, when the second fridge had a different manufacturing fault, they replaced that one too, again without any fuss. Manufacturing faults can happen with any retailer - and it's a consumer right to have them rectified - but what makes the difference is a retailer who is communicative and willing to make things right, rather than one that makes the whole process a chore. I was very impressed by Appliances Online.
