Immature but Jose is not!
Immature, unprofessional customer service reps. Nothing gets fixed within a timely manner. Had to go 1 week with no hot water because they are so disorganized. Nothing gets done about nothing. They are not problem solvers. After I left this review Jose contacted me and helped me handle the situation. So far I feel the problem is getting better because he took action right away. He let me speak and understood and agreed. He reached out to handle the situation and so far I have seen a change. Thank you Jose. Now get some new customer service people under your belt because the ones you have now are not representing you well and what you stand for! Either that or train them with red carpet service! It's too bad that I had to go to go to this length to get heard. But nonetheless thank you to Jose for your professionalism, understanding, and proactive approach in solving the problem.
