No help when it goes wrong

Installation of the new boiler and removal of the old boiler was very quick, friendly and clean/tidy. That is all I have positive to say. After paying over £5500 for a new boiler last year, I’ve had nothing but issues with it and each time I was told to go directly to the manufacturer or get told I have to pay for them to come out and fix their mess. They are very quick to take your money and get it installed but if anything goes wrong, don’t expect their support if it continues to go wrong. I wouldn’t expect this many issues with a brand new boiler. When I emailed with an issue last year they didnt respond for 2 weeks and when they did it was “go to the manufacturer” Disappointed in gasworx customer service.
