Lack product knowledge
I was advised to contact Motus Medical by Sunrise to obtain parts for my Quickie wheelchair. Motus requested my serial number in order to supply the correct parts and eventually sent the parts, which were incorrect. They then offered me an engineers visit to identify the correct parts at a cost of £125, which wasn’t appealing and I declined. I sent Motus photographs of exactly what I needed. After waiting for an engineer to return from holiday and further contact between Motus and Sunrise they told me my parts were obsolete and no longer available. All of this took weeks and I then had to prompt them for my refund despite having been told it had been made. Needless to say, they did not refund my return postage, a mere £3.35 and that has prompted me to write this review, it seems so petty. All this has left me very frustrated. Sunrise won’t deal with the public but seemingly Motus have to refer back to them for information, which cannot be relied upon. My next wheelchair won’t be a quickie.
