No PC, No Contact, No Update
This is the second time that I have used Vibox. The first experience in getting my sons PC a year or two ago was brilliant, however that has not been my experience this time. I placed an order toward the end of June for delivery on the 3rd of July. The 3rd came and went and no PC, I then sent an email asking what was happening. No reply. The status page for the order was still listing the 3rd of July for expected delivery. I then tried their Contact Us form, still no reply. It seems the the company is happy to acknowledge receipt of your money but won't even acknowledge receipt of an email asking where your money has gone. Maybe they will acknowledge a TrustPilot review, maybe ... UPDATE: I have now spoken with Vibox and they have rectified the situation that was due to a simultaneous technical issue with the build and communication issue around the matter. I understand and appreciate the issues with stock flow and component sourcing in the current environment (thank you Mr Tariff-man). Vibox were also very apologetic about the mis-communication and are looking to improve their internal processes. As I said at the start of this review, my initial experience with Vibox was brilliant and I can hope that this was only a hiccup in otherwise excellent service.
