1st Class customer service telephone support

Fantastic customer service over the phone when I mistakenly selected the wrong delivery option. I was going away and needed the urgent next day delivery but accidentally chose the standard delivery. When I phoned, customer services were so helpful and the chap I spoke to said he would go to the right department himself to make sure my order was upgraded and despatched. I was so surprised as I didn't expect to get far with telephone calling, but he couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you, I'm delighted to be able to leave a top review ... you deserve it!
