Bord gais complaint
Hi, Further to my review on 17th of April in relation to bord gais,(and an apology from andrew)with the promise of receiving a call from bord gais customer care, I have recieved no contact in relation to the issue.To reiterate, bord gais owe me a total of£63.18 in relation to lost money on my p.a.y.g meter and p.a.y.g top up card. I'm sure if the shoe was on the other foot and I owed bord gais this amount the reply to my complaint would be instantaneous.It certainly shows that companies like bord gais are only interested in profit and gain for their own business. This issue has been dragging.g on since the third of April and at a minimum I should expect a full refund and if the company have any dignity, monetary compensation for the stress and loss of my valuable time trying to resolve the matter, Regards, John linehan.
