First-Time Buyer – Excellent Experience with Taylor Rose We’ve just completed the purchase of our first home and are absolutely thrilled that it’s all done! 🎉 Six months ago, I was deep in the rabbit hole of reading endless reviews on Trustpilot and Google, trying to find the right conveyancer. After about three weeks of searching, I gave up and decided to go with Taylor Rose. How did I come across them? The estate agent I was dealing with recommended them, so I looked into the reviews. Like many people, I wasn’t sure if the experience would match up to what I read online. I have to give a special mention to Ashleigh Ellis, who was our solicitor. I’d honestly give her a 10/10 for service. Over the six-month process, we only spoke on the phone three times—everything else was handled efficiently via email. The communication was clear and consistent throughout. I never had to chase anything up or escalate any issues. We always knew what had been completed, what documents we needed to review or sign, and what the next steps were. If you’re considering Taylor Rose, I strongly recommend asking for Ashleigh Ellis.
