We have just returned from your Best of Japan 13-day tour, and we felt compelled to write and express our sincere thanks for what was truly a wonderful experience. The trip far exceeded all our expectations. From the outset, everything was exceptionally well organised. We were incredibly fortunate to have Danijel Baloh as our Tour Manager—his professionalism, insight, and warm manner made all the difference. We also greatly appreciated the knowledge and friendliness of the local guides, as well as the skill and courtesy of our coach driver, who navigated the journey with such care. We were graced with good weather throughout, including a particularly clear day for viewing the majestic Mt Fuji—an unforgettable highlight. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, striking the perfect balance between rich cultural experiences and welcome free time. Each day brought something new and memorable, and the quality of the hotels added to the enjoyment of the tour. Thank you again for such a seamless and enriching journey.
