Get your car checked afterwards.

My car had a bump so the insurance company took it there. First they didn't contact for a week. I had to chase them up. Second when they contacted me to tell me that the repairs had been autroised I asked what repairs to be told that the bumper has been autroised. I asked if any of my other concerns been looked into to be told that they hadn't taken off any of the panels off. I questioned how they know the extent of the damage and was told that if they was any other damage I would need to talk to the insurance company. The bit I did like was they agreed that I didn't need to be there for the car to be picked up (was nearly 2 weeks later) and did. This was where this went wrong The information where the key was detailed by the driver still had to contact me as was never told where the key was. When came time for the car to be dropped off said to put the key in a location and where to park the car on the drive. The driver ended up having an argument with my sister that nobody can understand firstly instructions were pretty much set up for nobody needing to speak to anyone and secondly my sister was just leaving the house and hadn't spoke to anyone. My sister left. This was checked by my properties cctv and was horrified at the drivers behaviour. When I returned home I checked the car to find it open with the key still in the ignition. Little bit confused by this I checked the car to notice that the one side the light was still at an angel. I contacted this to them and they said it came in like that. I did point out that this car had been involved in an accident on that side so would be not straight anymore. I also raised concern concerning the car not feeling right and was sluggish (I discribed it as it was getting dragged back). So they look at it and was told that the brakes were worn out. I once again questioned this as the car only week before the accident had it MOT and all breaks were fine and in good condition. I took it to my mechanic who was insulted by this and reproduced the report from the MOT and said they were fine and reminded me they were only replaced 6 months privous with on 600 miles on them. My mechanic put the car up on the ramp and were shocked that they could see that the back wheel as at a slight angel and the joint was bent. The clean they did was amazing to be fair better than car cleaners

Yep, will not be using.

Yep, not happy. First part was fine when they called me for details of the car. The bit that got them 1star is the fact they called me on a bank holiday, with it being a rare bank holiday off I was ignoring the phone except for emergencies. I the first call I ignored thinking I'll deal with it tomorrow. Within 10 minutes a second call that's me done with them. To me this is considered harassment as defined by ofcom. Will not be using
