A n excellent company and a brilliant Property Manager!
I own a rented property in Manchester and Katie Garner has been the Property Manager for some time. She is the most professional and conscientious, as well as most empathetic and understanding of people. Any issues or concerns are addressed swiftly as are replies to emails. Katie obviously really enjoys her role and this comes across very obviously in any communication. She is an excellent ambassador for the company. Thank you, so much, Katie!
