I just want to leave a review to praise Monika Piszczyk, never have I been soooo pleased with a property manager in my life in all 12 years I have been renting in London. She is such an asset to your company, her people skills are top tier, she makes me feel like a priority and always ensures I’m being kept updated on everything going on. She has recently resolved a huge issue in my flat that has been on going and is in the process of resolving a long standing issue that no previous agent had been able to. I cannot thank her enough and I’m sure my landlord feels the same! Forever grateful!
