Intrepid travel - not a company to be trusted
Update on 5th May Intrepid sent me a response asking that I contact them via their ‘your experience’ feedback form. This must be a joke because I have already tried that! Since 15th March we have made several calls trying to get a refund. Then we were advised to email them on the feedback form. We did on 28th March then received a response on 17th April. When our request for a refund was ignored again and we were encouraged to accept the credit. On 18th April I responded asking them to confirm if they were refusing the refund request. I haven’t heard back yet. All I see is more delay tactics from Intrepid. My opinion hasn’t changed. On 18th April I said - I’m yet another disgusted customer who has experienced a dreadful service from Intrepid travel. As all the previous reviewers have outlined Intrepid changed their T&Cs when they cancelled my trip. They are pushing a credit note I don’t want and avoid and ignore my refund requests. I will never use this company again
