Great customer service
Bought a specially engraved bottle of gin for a special occasion. I was contacted later that evening as my wording wouldn’t fit on the bottle. Tim there kindly sent me details of alternatives and examples of the engraving allowing me to choose one. The bottle came on time and packed well. Part of the engraving wasn’t as clear as the rest but every bottle is unique as to how it takes the engraving. It didn’t detract from it and the gift was well received! Tim went above the normal level of customer service to help with my enquiry. I would recommend them.
