Efficient and understanding
I contacted Ashbourne Membership back in March following a ski accident, to enquire about my options with my gym membership. The enquiry was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Orlagh, and my membership was suspended for a few months, to allow myself time to recover. They have kept me updated by email and text along the way, reminding me when the DD was due to start again. Yesterday I emailed them advising I was fit to start training again, and could they allow me access from a particular date. Holly responded and kindly agreed to my request. Thank you to everyone for helping me out
