Nuffield price promise..
Nuffield price promise.. Joined the joint pain programmed and part of the programmed and offer was to become a member with a life-time price promise - £35 and now they have emailed and increased this by £5.00. Disgusting service as no one will acknowledge this and even the 'person' who was responsible for this has denied this! And this isn't the first thing Nuffield has gone back on their word!!! Talk about getting members 'on a promise' Your response to my review is flippant! Its not a mistake by a staff member it was said to us all. There have been several issues which have been retracted throughout and now this! Honesty clearly isn't a priority!!!!!
