M&P currently look after the flat I used to live in and a couple of months ago, I decided it was time for me to move out. During this process, I was faced with many challenges and hurdles which resulted in the handover process taking longer than expected. When Weronika stepped in and took over handling the change of tenancy, she clearly outlined what had to be done, understood my concerns and took into consideration my timeline and the deadline of needing to get things done.
