Do not waste your time or money booking…

Do not waste your time or money booking with southwest cruises. The benefits they offer will not happen. I will never ever use this service again.

Just spent almost an hour without any…

Just spent almost an hour without any resolution. Horrible customer service. Needed a new SIM card. Not going to happen unless I pay them more money. As a long time customer I would think that they would be willing to help out without sticking it to me. Once my time is up I am saying bye bye to Mint Mobile.
