This wasn't what I ordered!
Purchased a metal garden shed three weeks ago via the Home Bargains website. It was delivered (with half an hour notice!) a week later. Fine so far. However, the label on the packaging was for another shed make and model. Queried immediately with Home Bargains. After repeated queries, I received a one line reply a few days later that they were looking into it and had contacted their supplier. The only and oft repeated response since then is that their supplier has delivered the order. I have asked to return the shed and obtain a refund on the basis that it wasn't what I ordered but have obtained absolutely no response. Currently taking advice from Trading Standards/Citizens Advice so will continue to follow up with that route. Incredibly frustrating and certainly will not be buying anything from Home Bargains online again.
