Appalling Services by ASDA Mobile
I found the service of ASDA Mobile that I experience is appalling. I tried to cancel the contract two hours after online ordered. The communication is poor and I found that there is NO ownerships or responsibility to provide good service to the customers. To date, I have NOT received an contract cancellation email to confirm. Yet, I receive all unwanted emails. I found service after sales is poor.
